What does the machine need to do? What are the requirements, the safety demands, the operational constraints? We ask the right questions before we touch anything. If it is an existing machine, we look at the source code first.
Before writing a single line of code, we map the complete machine behaviour in a state diagram. Every state, every transition, every condition. The machine is fully defined on paper before we build anything. This is where problems are cheap to solve.
Electrical drawings are made, the control cabinet is built and the PLC software is written based on the agreed design. You receive regular updates. Most of this work happens remotely, which keeps costs down and timelines short.
We come to you for installation and commissioning. The system is tested, adjusted and handed over with full documentation. You receive the source code, the electrical drawings and everything you need to maintain the system independently.

He understands what reliable production looks like from the inside. After relocating to Sweden in 2025, he founded Rotorics around a simple conviction: a well-designed control system should be easy to understand, easy to maintain and built to last. He works remotely for design and programming, and travels to the client for commissioning.
